  1. What types of training do you offer? We offer six to eight Keller Williams training courses every week. New agents get two training sessions with the Quance Team every week along with access to our all-day seller and buyer boot camps once per month.
  2. Where do you get your leads? Most of our leads come from online portals and past client referrals. We can guarantee that our leads are high-quality and reliable.
  3. Are there people in the office during the day I can ask for help? Yes, our team structure ensures that there is always someone there willing to help.
  4. How available is Kimo? I have open office hours weekly, and I maintain an open-door policy.
  5. Do you only accept new agents, or do you prefer experienced ones? We have a mix of experienced and new agents on our team, and we are looking for both.
  6. If I have current listings with another business, do I have to drop them to join the team? We’ll work together to make sure your transition doesn’t jeopardize your bottom line. We want you to be paid for your work.
  7. How can I get my license transferred? We can help you with this or show you what to do. We’ll help as much or as little as you want.
